PLUS:

RIVER CRUISE
We’ll board the Portland Spirit and take a cruise down the Willamette River.

LIGHT FESTIVAL
The Portland Winter Light Festival (PDXWLF) is a city-wide, vibrant outdoor arts festival held at the height of winter, when there are few free cultural events taking place in the city, and builds community through collaboration between organizations, businesses, artists, and guests. It starts Friday, February 3, 2023 but we’ll still see some cool installations!

THE PAE LIVING BUILDING
LUMA and PAE are hosting us for a lovely reception, a short presentation and a tour of the PAE Living Building. The building uses 100% sustainable recycled water and produces its own energy. Developers say the building will last 500 years. Afterward, we’ll be downtown, ready to visit the Portland Winter Light Festival.

SENTINEL HOTEL
Named after the statues adorning its roofline, Sentinel is a classically Northwest hotel in downtown Portland that speaks to forward-thinking movers and shakers.

Our meeting space is legendary for its stunning architecture and delectable catering. It will be a luxurious downtown home base for AEFI 2023!

OUT OF TOWN GUESTS
We have a room block at a very competitive rate. Be sure to use this link when you make your hotel reservations. Also, there’s no need to rent a car. Arrive at the hotel by MAX, or Taxi/Uber. All of our excursions are within walking distance and or close to public transportation.
